A simple, bold recipe that lets the seasoning — and your steak — shine.
Ingredients:
- 1" thick beef steaks (tenderloin or ribeye work best)
- Dry Fork Cattle Salt Seasoning
- Soy sauce (optional for added char and umami)
Instructions:
- Prep Your Grill: Heat your grill to high (600–700°F) using direct heat.
- Season the Steak: (Optional) Lightly coat the steaks with soy sauce. Apply a generous, even layer of Cattle Salt to all sides. Let them rest at room temperature while the grill heats.

Grill Like a Pro:
- Place steak on hot grill for 3 minutes.
- Rotate 90° for grill marks and cook 2 more minutes.
- Flip steak, grill 3 minutes.
- Rotate 90° again, grill final 1.5 minutes.
