Ingredients:

  • 1" thick beef steaks (tenderloin or ribeye work best)
  • Dry Fork Cattle Salt Seasoning
  • Soy sauce (optional for added char and umami)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Your Grill: Heat your grill to high (600–700°F) using direct heat.
  2. Season the Steak: (Optional) Lightly coat the steaks with soy sauce. Apply a generous, even layer of Cattle Salt to all sides. Let them rest at room temperature while the grill heats.
  3. Grill Like a Pro:
    • Place steak on hot grill for 3 minutes.
